About
Yoga is so much more than just exercise as it changes how you feel about yourself and increases overall happiness in all aspects of your life. ​ Since qualifying in 2012, I've been teaching a fusion of Kundalini Yoga with Mindfulness, comprising movement, breath, mantra and meditation. Classes are suitable for everybody, including complete beginners.

Julia is an excellent teacher. She always gives alternative ways to undertake each exercise so that her classes are suitable for all levels. So relaxing and also as challenging as you wish to make it. Julia has moved her classes on line seamlessly.

I have been attending Julia's classes for over 2 years now and can honestly say they are fantastic, it's a great experience and definitely never routine and more recently have been tailored to suit our current situation with an emphasis on boosting our immune system, we have been able to access classes via zoom which has worked out perfectly and I have been able to attend even more classes each week with great benefits felt all round. I would thoroughly recommend her kundalini yoga classes without hesitation.

I have been attending Julia's classes for a few years now and was a little unsure how the online classes would compare. However, once I got my sound sorted out, I found that the Zoom classes are just as enjoyable and rewarding! I would even like to continue a weekly Zoom class after lock-down is lifted as it is so convenient.

I thoroughly recommend Julia as a Yoga teacher. She is always warm and welcoming and very professional. I really value the information she gives as to the purpose of each exercise, which gives real meaning to our efforts. Thank you Julia and Ruby for keeping us sane in these difficult times! :)

I love Julia’s online classes. I’ve attended them throughout Lockdown and they have been a real lifeline in these strange times. I’ve not yet had an opportunity to attend any other than online classes but I definitely will when we are able to so so.
I like the fact that the classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and agility. I’m not very supple but I still get a lot out of the classes. Julia is very good at giving us alternative moves so you can adapt an exercise depending on your level of fitness and flexibility. I find the various breathing exercises particularly helpful, and the relaxation at the end of the class is so rewarding. I feel a real sense of calm at the end of the sessions. I would recommend anyone to try Julias classes. Zoom is a really useful platform for the classes, it’s not difficult to tune in as Julia gives you the link when you sign up for a class. Givi it a go you won’t be disappointed.

I have been doing Zoom online yoga classes with Julia for the last couple of months. It’s fantastic. So easy to use and she plans the session so it really feels like it’s a group class. Can’t recommend highly enough

Julia’s online Yoga Classes are fabulous. I always feel rejuvenated and energised after the class. Julia is an amazing woman, her yoga classes are suitable for almost everyone. I recommend Yoga Loveliness to all without any hesitation. Look forward to seeing you on the mat.

I have been going to Julia’s classes for over 12 months and can honestly say they are the best yoga / exercise classes I have ever been to. Kundalini yoga is based around spinal flexability and breathing techniques rather than perfect alignment. When I started I had no core strength, balance, terrible posture and poor flexibility. I have been transformed! Julia gives options in classes for both beginners and those needing more of a challenge, but you always come away feeling better with more energy but also relaxed. Julia is very supportive, non judgemental and has a very good way of explaining everything. Since lockdown the classes have been live online using zoom which is easy to set up and has been a godsend during these difficult times. I totally recommend joining either online or in person as this will transform your life.

Julia is very welcoming and friendly, she also has such a soothing relaxing voice. I enjoyed the 3hour retreat so much. Came away feeling at peace and with alot of intresting knowledge about my chakras. Defiantly recommend.
