Wrap up warm if it's a chilly day and consider bringing your own headphones so that you can plug into the free audio guides. Other than that, it's a great little day out with some fascinating history!

Spent a good hour here . It’s a lovely old ruin . It’s has a couple off beautiful intact stained glass windows , which are beautiful. It has a nice little coffee shop . Not brilliant for walking as very short and no walks around...More

We visited with a 5 year old field lab, he loved it and so did we, we were allowed to take him into the tea room as he is very well trained and it was raining heavily and we wanted food as well as hot drinks, it was quiet... More
