Magical Memories and Enchanting Moments: Not Your Typical Park for Adrenaline Junkies
I have visited this park with family, friends, and this time with my boyfriend, who was visiting for the first time. The truth is, no matter how old you are, seeing Cinderella's castle in Magic Kingdom will always be special. Even though we weren't accompanied by children, we had a very special day. We met many characters, and the photos turned out beautiful. We had the unfortunate luck of rain, but we took advantage of those hours to return to the hotel and rest a bit in order to see the fireworks show. It always brings a tear or two to your eyes. This is a very special park for creating memories. While it may not be the most extreme, and if you love adrenaline, it may not be the best option, but it has something special that makes it magical.

    Magical!
It has been many years since we visited, but this is my first time getting to post. Magic Kingdom was just as much, if not more magical with my kids as it was when I was one. The ride on the monorail, the first sight of the castle after walking through the gates…wonderful! I notice little things along the way so the magic hits me very differently. Things you may pass by without a thought, I notice. Signs on Main Street in small sections of brick, unusual fountains, the perfect colors of a firework…I couldn’t fit it all into this review. Let’s just say that when you are within the Magic Kingdom walks, keep your eyes open to everything! There is so much more going on that will make your visit even more magical!

Good experience could have been better
We have been to California Magic Kingdom and had an amazing experience. Somehow this time in Orlando park experience was bit of let down. Extremely crowded, no water fountains (very difficult to find one), poor signboards and zero vegetarian food options. Unlike universal which is very well planned, Magic kingdom has hardly any signboards making one go in circles. However the biggest issue for us was lack of vegetarian food. How can such a big park not have veg options! Only thing available was pretzels and they were stale. Universal and Animal kingdom have quite a bit of vegetarian food options which makes the whole experience much better. Park also needs to up their game in VR. However of course, the fun of experiencing disney characters, meeting them, rides and the whole “Disney” experience was amazing for all age groups. The photo pass is a must buy for lifelong memories.

PJ at Princess Fairytale Hall was absolutely amazing & kind! We had one minute to spare & he made sure our daughters got to meet Cinderella & Aurora!! We were there in July 11th, and he was such a hard-working, happy, and incredible help to our family and making magic happen for our girls! PJ is the best!

    Happiest place on earth.
I love the magic kingdom so much. It is so beautiful and fun. I do not enjoy getting there, because he would either have to park and take the ferry or the monorail. . Going is not a big deal, but leaving at the end of the night is an absolute nightmare. The Magic Kingdom is the park that has the biggest crowds. This time around I needed a scooter and it was not easy navigating when people jump right in front of you. I did like the fact that all four parks were accessible to people with disabilities. Many had separate entrances and you can ride right up to the actual right and transfer..

Pack plenty of snacks and drinks to save money. Mini fans and hand gel. Be prepared for long tiring days
We visited as a family of four, 2 boys aged 12 & 7. We arrived at open, and though it was very hot we were lucky to escape the rain on our visit. We managed to ride all the rides apart from Tron. It just seemed impossible. The staff around the park are very helpful and friendly, and the restrooms were plentiful and clean! There’s plenty for the little ones to do. There is plenty of places to get food, but be prepared to pay the price for pretty average tasting food 🫣 we had a beautiful day here, and returned on a different day for the fireworks which were spectacular x we loved the magic of Disney

    Something for Everyone
Our group included youngster, young adults and more. The park delighted each and everyone of us. Rides, attractions and shows were numerous and wonderful. The primary areas for improvement are the food selection…it is sub-par versus the other parks. And the technology crutch diminishes the wonder of the park to keep up with lightning lane selections, genie +, etc. etc.

Fun for those with younger children
We had a lot of fun here with a 4 year old. There were a lot of good rides and he just hit the 42 inch mark which opened up most of the park itself. Peter Pan was a highlight and the kid loved the slower boat rides and Dumbo along with the Speedway. It is a must hit and does still deliver.

Tons of fun family friendly rides both old and new
Tron is my new obsession and Gaston's tavern food is so good! Get the ham & cheese pretzel bun sandwich and the brew. I would highly recommend bringing an umbrella for both rain/sun, and a large stainless steel water bottle with your own water, do not get the free water because it tastes like chlorine.

    FUN TIME! Grand scale!
Amazing experience! They have good fun coasters for families. One grand coaster which is Tron. Excellent theatrical shows! Also well built themed experiences! One tip for everyone is to buy lightning lane or you would have to wait 2 hours! I bought lightning lane still I coudent get on tron it was $20 extra which is massive! Thats the only improvement they got to do. Everything else unlimited fun.

It is the most magical place on earth. I enjoy most everything the park has to offer. We were there on a Saturday in June and expected large crowds. The most we waited for anything was 55 minutes and that was space mountain. Big Thunder Mountain was 35 min all day, most of the other rides were between 5 and 25 minutes. My son loves Big Thunder Mountain, for me my first experience at Disney at my first visit in the 80's was Pirates. I has a soft spot for Pirates, and also with Haunted Mansion. Don't get me wrong I love the two bigger coasts as much as anyone but have a soft spot for those two family rides as well.

New Genie process is exhausting and confusing. Have to get up at midnight to buy it and then at 7 am to see if you can get on the ride you want. End up running from one side of the park and back to get on your preferred ride at designated time. “Linking” groups was not always successful. Had to have daughter provide a one hour education session to really understand the “genie” process. There must be an easier, and less expensive, way to do this.

A lot of glitter but a lot of issues

Rides, many were down, broken, stalled, many stopped

transportation

trams broke, monorail broke, sky ride broke

only reliable mode was the busses

No one knew the boat schedules or where they when or at what times

food

ok in the park but at the Contemporary, Mickey's cafe, expensive buffet not as good as a Golden Coral

Beef, shoe leather, Italian food like mush, Asian food like out of a can

66 bucks a person

Upon entry to Magic Kingdom my stroller/small push cart was flagged and a supervisor had to come approve it. Brendan came and was extremely rude. The rule they were trying to enforce is ridiculous. Same size as a single stroller. Honestly Disney is not what it used to be. So many cast members are just not pleasant. Long gone are the days of pixie dust and magical experiences. This delayed our early entry and started our whole day off in a negative way. Yesterday when at Epcot, the same stroller/cart was approved very easily and we were in our way…

Then we had a really bad situation on the Seven Dwarfs Mine train with cast member, Makenzie. She created a very embarrassing situation for one the members of our party of 25.

So yea, thanks Brendan and Makenzie for standing out a little worse than the other cast members that we encountered that acted like they work at Six Flags over GA. Next time we will just stay home and visit there. We could have saved THOUSANDS of dollars and experienced basically the same thing. Disney World is only special because of the MAGIC at Disney, which is apparently on its way out…

I’m a Disney buff and can go back every year. The experience is truly magical although the crowds can be quite challenging in summer.
Selfie sticks aren’t allowed, so don’t carry yours. Go early and plan your day so that you can catch the shows you want and get your photos with your favourite characters, enjoy the rides etc.
It’s nothing short of magical. Everything about Disneyland and
The Magic Kingdom in particular, is just so happy. There are 4 lands - Tomorrowland, adventure lane, frontier land and of course, the favourite fantasy land. Enter and you come to Main Street USA which has souvenir shops, candy stores, ice cream, Starbucks etc. Most of the parades happen right here. The fireworks at the end of the day is at the castle. There are lots of rides - my favourite being TRON. If you don’t have the express pass, also called the lightning pass, you have to get into a virtual queue. Either get in at 7, or if you don’t succeed, try again at 1. It’s worth the effort. The ride is wow! There are lots of cafés through the park. Some restaurants too…but you need to queue up for some.
I would recommend getting a Lightning pass if you don’t wan to wait too long or if you’re alone, the single user queue should reduce your waiting time considerably.
