Very good little bar. Good range of local beers, and good range of spirits Always enjoy sitting in here for a pint of something local, good service, friendly, and easy to order from. Great place for a few friends to have a drink

Good selection of ciders and gins. Very dog friendly but can get a little cramped. Cash only no card payments. Nicely decorated especially in the back room. One bad point, dog owners should be told to keep their dogs with them, not roaming about in...More

Hands down the best ale and atmosphere in the county. Lager? Whats that!! This little gem has something for everyone and should be treasured. A breath of fresh air in a town plagued by pubs where the owners are quite frankly too afraid of losing...More

This micro- pub is lovely if you want to socialise within a sophisticated and classy library atmosphere. Please be aware that ‘foul language and screeching’ (whatever that is?!- not within my nature so not sure) is not accepted within this small space, shhhhhh! If this...More
