    Parrots galore!!!
A very wet day, but still had a great time this is a parrot rescue centre, has loads including the swearing ones 😀 had a great time wandering round, fed the parrots, Nigel the puma is a dream, came bounding over to see us, bit disappointed part of the nature reserve was closed and we wasn't aware, so only saw 1 tiger walking up and down, but was still a really good few hours, loads of room to move about so wheelchair access is good and also have mobility s ooters you can use!! Dining area is with added critters to watch you eat haha. Would definitely recommend for a good half term activity for the family

Even if you’re 60 you can still go to the wildlife park with your mum.
There wasn’t an option for Pensioner Mum and Son on the group .. Took mum to the park today, it was a really nice and sunny late February Sunday. Kids go free in Feb so it was popular but there’s plenty of room for everyone. What an excellent choice, I ended up converting to an annual pass. We went around at least twice, everywhere is clean, the staff and voulenteers are helpful, the animals look very well looked after and were active considering the time of year. Even the tortoises were up and about, mine at home is like a later day teenager and barely gets out of bed all day. I couldn’t recommend the park more, even the chips were Gluten Free, there’s been some goon quiet season investment and works carried out and I look forward to returning soon. 5 stars for animal welfare and creating a very family friendly attraction.

    Lovely Day
Had a lovely visit to this Wildlife Park, it started with a Very Warm Welcome from Nikki. All Animals had lots of room and looked well cared for, all signage and details of up events well displayed. I would also like to recommend the Bailey’s hot chocolate a nice treat on a cooler day.

    Hidden Gem for Familes
Went with our 2 year old daughter who loved it. The park is predominately full of bird but has a great mix of other animals including tigers and lions. Would recommend for anyone with young kids as free under 3 years and adult prices are reasonable. Would go again

We visited Lincolnshire Wildlife Park today and I had to write a review straight away because I thought it was amazing! The work they do to help endangered animals and the care they give to all their animals is amazing! I absolutely loved how close you can get to the lions, beautiful beautiful animals it was a fantastic experience! I would 100% recommend a visit. We took our 10 month old in his Pushchair and he loved it!

    A hidden gem
Wow! What a hidden gem. We didn’t know the place existed until we saw a sign on the A16 and did some investigating. We have had an absolutely wonderful day out. We went with our 12 year old son and my 75 year old mum and we all enjoyed the wildlife park. It is beautifully laid out and landscaped, the animals are obviously well cared for and we loved that some of their animals have been rescued from appalling conditions. The lions and tigers were phenomenal, it was such a privilege to be able to see them. The cost to get in is extremely reasonable and well worth the money. We went into the cafe there which was also reasonably priced with fresh and good quality food on offer. I would highly recommend this as a day out.

    Cracking visit
This was my third visit to the place and third is best. Since my last visit things have changed and clearly work is ongoing. The animals are clearly looked after and engaging. Conservation here is important and it's good to know the work is continuing to flourish. They have very reasonable entry fees and the cafe offers a limited menu but prices are reasonable. We loved the visit and looking forward to our fourth. Like all similar places it needs support.

    Great day out!
What a fantastic day out! This really is a hidden gem and we were both suitably impressed with the enclosures and cleanliness. The animals had so much room to roam around in! I’m not a bird person but I have to say the collection of birds/parrots was remarkable and some were very amusing! The star of the show is undoubtedly is Nigel, would a truly remarkable big cat he is!

Happy and knowledgeable staff, incredible animals
We love this place! The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable and you can see that they are really happy working at the park, everyone is always smiling. The selection of animals is amazing. White lions, a puma and a black leopard just to name a few. The park is always clean and easy to navigate. Enclosures for the animals are spacious and really nice. I took my 93 year old grandad there to do a tiger interaction a couple of years ago. He was in his element! A couple of days ago, myself and my fiancée fed Zuri, the black leopard and created enrichment for him, it was the most incredible experience. The owner does a lot of live videos on Facebook which are always really good to watch. The dedication and love that everyone at the park shares for the animals in their care is just beautiful. I can guarantee that a visit to this park will not be a disappointment.

We spent just over 4 hours at LWP today with the four of us on a family ticket priced at just £40 - what great value for money! The park is home to an extensive collection of tropical birds - parrots, macaws and cockatoos mainly but also has numerous other animals including a large collection of Bengal Tigers and a couple of White Lions. The park is very well kept and there is evidence of further new enclosures being built. You can buy bags of peanuts to feed to the larger birds, some other food for the walk through bird enclosure and meal worms for the Meerkats all reasonably priced at £1 a bag and I recommend you do buy these cause the interaction you'll have with the birds in particular is fantastic and so much fun. A lot of rehabilitation goes on at the park which is reason enough to pay them a visit to support this work, but if you fail to enjoy your time at LWP you're on the wrong planet. When compared to the prices charged by other zoos and wildlife parks this park is very reasonably priced so I highly recommend you visit. A tip I would give is go in the morning like we did, it seemed the birds we far more hungry for your treats enhancing your overall experience.

We had a lovely day here, with children in our group ranging from 3-16,
The Animals all looked well cared for and clean,
In our opinion the cafe was overpriced (£4.50 for a portion of fries) we ended up spending over £70 on food for 5 of us, and they got our order wrong and weren’t very helpful trying to solve their mistake so we would take a picnic next time.
I was a bit disappointed with the walk through aviary as there were only a few birds in there and most you couldn’t walk anywhere near, last time when I visited there were loads of birds to interact with (this was a few years ago when it was the parrot zoo though) That being said, it didn’t put us off at all, We still really enjoyed it, and I fell in love with all the parrots.
All in all it was a great day out and we will definitely return.

Booked tickets online, very easy to do. The surrounding roads are not great but it's fine if you take your time. Very pleasant check in and all Covid safe rules followed.
The zoo was very well looked after, the enclosures are pristine. best bit was the walk through parrot enclosure. the birds are very friendly and it makes for a great photo opportunity when they perch on your shoulder or arm. Well worth a trip and not too expensive, it is a charity that does good work with animal rescue and they are passionate about animal conservation. Although I am not disabled I think that the comments from Global32234206939 are totally out of order. When we were going round a lady was making her way round happily on a scooter, I noticed that they also had scooters available for customer use. They refunded you but you were not happy that they did not give you a freebie, it's a charity for gods sake!
Anyway why would you want to go back for free if it was so rubbish the first time?

Visited here whilst on holiday quite a nice place more birds than animals. Not very big think we spent 2 hours here.
Didnt eat in the cafe as it was over crowded still very wary with covid lot of people not wearing masks.
Toilets need addressing 2 out of 3 working and they were not flushing.
Still worth a visit.

We visited here as part of a charity group we're part of. Quick entrance. Wide walkways. Lots and lots of birds to see. There was quite a wonderful din from them all squawking on arrival, it echoed from all sides. You can hire/borrow, not sure if there's a fee, mobility scooters which I thought was a great idea. All walkways are flat and all animals can be seen by kids as the fences or viewing windows are low enough. Lots of facts dotted around and information boards. Great that you can see some injured birds in rehabilitation rooms. Our kids were fascinated watching the staff get all the fruits ready for snack time. There are a few birds without enclosures that you walk by with them in the middle. They are chatting and the cockatoo that kept saying "hello Charlie " was a clear favourite with us all. The most beautiful animals in our opinion are the lions. Majestic and great opportunity to view them from several places. All in all we thought this was a well laid out wildlife park with lots of interesting things to learn and read about. The kiddies play area is a bonus with just enough equipment for a pit stop. We spent around 3hrs here and for the reduced price we paid entering as a group it was well worth the money

What a brilliant place! This was our first visit here and it won’t be the last. Going into the parrot enclosure and getting to close to these magnificent birds was amazing. As soon as you walk in they fly up and sit on you, brilliant. Feeding the grey parrots was also a highlight as the scramble to get a peanut from you whilst shouting ‘hello’ at you. We also feed the meerkats, a soon as you walk up to the enclosure they are there hoping for mealworms. Such an amazing plane and value for money! There is also 2 macaws, a red one and a blue one, that fly loose around the park and surrounding houses, but always come back for food.

Visited the park on 27th September at the request of my son for his 6th birthday, we visited last year for a tiger experience and we loved the park and the experience was incredible and worth every penny.
The park is very clean and well laid out with Covid measures.
We purchased the food to feed the parrots, meerkats and birds.
My kids favourite place is the aviary where you can go in with the birds and they land on you to get the food.
We travelled an hour and half to get to the park and stayed for about 4 hours, was a great day and will book again.
We will book another experience when they start them back up again!!

What an experience!! This is be far the most interactive, close up animal park I have ever visited (and I've seen a few!).

It was wonderful to see first hand some of the facilities they have for treating their rescued, donated and I suppose sadly, abandoned animals. The parrots and wild birds were an absolute joy to behold with one in particular taking a special liking to my partner and following him and putting his claw up in an effort to connect. If we could have brought him home there and then we would have but after visiting we have a greater understanding of how much care, attention and freedom these beautiful animals should be offered and how important the hard work this park is doing is.

The tortoise enclosure had me, a grown adult, squeeling with delight, the space they had I have never seen the like of anywhere else. An absolute pleasure to behold.

Each and every animal looked well cared for and there were whiteboards with noted for the keepers visible in many places, which it has to be said, as an animal lover, is rather refreshing. Very little about the parks background workings was kept in the background and away from the public which, for animal welfare and the conservation of species is in my opinion so important. An excellent opportunity for parents to stop and explain to children they whys and wherefores. Probably not something the park has noticed but I most certainly did. Bravo team. I especially loved the notice at the puma enclosure asking the public for understanding that Nigel the puma wasn't at his best and every care was being taken for him. We wish him a speedy recovery.

We stopped for a bite to eat at the cafe after a wonderfully overwhelming experience and we're greeted by friendly, helpful staff for whom nothing was any bother. The food by the way was delicious and I would personally recommend the jumbo hotdog.

An absolute pleasure or a trip and I will be recommending Lincolnshire Wildlife Park to anyone who ever expresses an interest in animals. Keep up your amazing work!!!

Lincolnshire Wildlife Park looks very unassuming from the outside but the inside is an absolute wonder. The care and dedication to the animals really shines through in this park. You have the option to purchase some feed for the birds & meerkats and I really recommend it! There was a great variety of animals and birds, so much to see and do even in wet weather (or very, very wet weather!). We spent over three hours here on a wet November day, all the kids and adults enjoyed it, well worth the money! The food from the cafe was delicious and well priced and the staff were absolutely lovely.

This is our 3rd visit and whilst there are lots of new things happening we were disappointed with the aviary experience. It has been tided up but only one bird coming anywhere near people, used to be lots flying around, taking food but today nothing and this is usually the highlight of our trip. New paths being laid but 2 of our party we’re in mobility scooters and the gravel is no good for them, staff member pushed one out of the gravel but after that I had to do it another 4 times (2 x each scooter) on our trip around. Not as good as previous trips.
