One of the worst experiences I have had. Went for my son’s birthday and it was totally ruined as the game kept cutting out for all four of us. Didn’t start well as the game which we wanted to play would not work, then we continuly had to get re booted into the new game. The staff seemed to have no idea how to fix the issue, just reverting to switching the game on and off. When I asked for a refund, I was told I would be given credit to use at a later date. When I said I did not want credit as the experience was so bad, I was told no refunds are given. I asked to speak to the manager and when I spoke to him on the phone, he was incredibly rude, gave no apology for the issues and explained that sometimes this can just happen with technology! If I could give a zero for the experience, I would! I would suggest to anyone not to waste their money on going here!

Thankyou for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback. We’re truly sorry that you had a disappointing visit and unfortunately experienced some technical difficulties whilst playing one of our VR escape games.
One of our colleagues has spoken to you about your experience and on behalf of everyone here at GAMEGRID, we would like to apologise again for the tech issues the 4 of you encountered. We hope you are able to give us another try and see that the gameplay issues you encountered during your visit are certainly not the norm.

I took my son for his birthday. We've never been before and so were apprehensive. We opted for the 4 hour pass and it was brilliant. We will definitely be going back.

Today we visited GAMEGRID for the second time. We think GAMEGRID is brilliant and really enjoy the experience. We travelled both times 2.5hours to take part in their VR Escape room as they are the only place that does Escape rooms. Me and my family love doing this for birthdays.

Booked this for my 13 year olds birthday party and so glad I did.
Safe, age appropriate party venue with easy parking and amazing, helpful staff.
Comments from the kids like ‘I wish I could live here’ and a birthday booking to be made from one of the guests.
Value for money, clean and enjoyed even by the non gamer 14 year old!

We travelled for 1.5 hours to visit with my teenage son and his three friends and were not disappointed. State of the art technology was just great. Highly recommended.

First time doing VR with children (11&16).
Staff were patient, showing what needs to be done. Lots of choice of games and different variants of VR tech.
