Although we were aware of the current refurbishments and knew that a couple of attractions would be closed, I was surprised at the amount of noise and drilling coming from the workmen. A couple of hours there was enough to give me a huge headache. That said, we enjoyed our team in the centre. My daughter is 10 so perhaps... More

Been to the discovery centre a few times now and although our 7 year old lad enjoys it there could be so many improvements easily made. The staff could be more visible and friendly, the place needs a dam good clean. From the Lego itself to the restaurant area and all over the place tbh. Expensive for what you get,... More

Visited yesterday with three grandchildren. On arrival (pre-paid) we were told that two major parts of the attraction were closed and offered a free return visit. I informed them that the children lived abroad and were unlikely to return any time soon and respectfully requested some recompense. This was refused and so took the free visit to pass on. The... Forget the discovery centre, go into the shop and buy some Lego. I guarantee that the kids will have as good a time and they'll have something to show for it and you'll spend less money. The activities are really aimed at smaller children (5-7 years) which means that older children feel a bit talked down to. There are multiple... More

Although refurbishment work was going on, so that we didn't see the whole thing, I won't be using my free ticket to go back. So noisy that after two hours we all had headaches. Irritating queues for everything, and the 4D film was a noisy and annoying advert for Legolas's with effects that didn't seem any more advanced than the... More

Staff were great, a special mention to 2 members of staff, 1 being Eddie Jennings who made it possible to go on a ride with one child while the other one had to watch on his own, and the young asian man, I'm so sorry I don't know his name but he worked on little car rides, my grandson was... More

This wasn't a great trip. We arrived just before midday to find a long queue out the door. A member of staff came down the queue to ask us if we had a ticket. We did not. So where then sent to another queue where we waited again and bought a ticket for the next available time at 1.30 and... More

My daughter wanted to go to Lego land Windsor for her birthday but isn't open in Feb so we settled here and make a weekend of it. Was very disappointed at only booking the tickets the night before to discover that many attractions weren't open, we did however get a free return ticket fir the whole family but can not... More

Wow - what an expensive let down! Visited today with 4 adults (one in a wheel chair) and a 3 and 4 year old. After queuing to buy tickets and coming back at our allocated time we had to queue again (way past our time) in the freezing cold. When we got in we had to queue to get squashed... More
