discusting behavheour with staff, rude and they pusged me over wih all my bags and my shopping went everywhere, also feces in the toilet

Impressive building but limited choice for me

Not been here for a few years so was looking forward to it. It’s a very impressive building although hard on your feet so recommend comfy shoes. Sadly there aren’t the range of shops there that there used to be and I felt the choice for me to to buy a dress for an occasion was very limited. I guess like the high street, shopping trends have affected this place too

Lovely shopping centre

Really impressed with the centre. Lots of choice for clothes, shoes and food. It had lovely decoration and character and so much to do. Could of spent the day there going to the cinema, etc

Went for wedding rings a few weeks ago and very happy with the service we recieved. Very friendly and helpful staff. There did seem to be a little mishap with one of the rings hence the 4 rating. However, this was swiftly resolved and we don't mind the odd mistake. I'd recommend to others anytime.

We were absolutely blown away by how wonderful the Trafford centre is!! So much to see and the attention to detail is amazing!!! Plenty of shops but the food hill area is the best!!

Amazing friendly lady

Thankyou to the lovely friendly lady who served me today, i originally wen to buy a dress but couldn't find one so decided to treat myself to some parfume, the lady was so friendly and helpful and even gave me some samples for my friend, thankyou for making my trip out go from a bad day to a lovely day, it ment alot.

1.5hours to get out of the car park. Not particularly busy Not a single member of staff around. No information,People were incredibly patient. Will definitely not be visiting here again

Brought my laptop to store as screen is glitching. Advised that it will cost £500 to fix, although was not told specifically what the issue is. They don't know know the issue but they know it will cost £500? This price is ridiculous as I've been advised that the issue could be screen connector to the motherboard, and that it shouldn't cost 500. Even more annoying is that I am still paying for this laptop!

Update: Received calls from store about my experience, I asked them to call in the afternoon when convenient but they repeatedly called in the afternoon and now have stopped trying to contact me altogether. Very shoddy customer service. Please call me about my complaint asap.

Apple certainly ain't what is used to be!

Poor & Disappointing

Really disappointing. As a gold member of starbucks, I’m used to the high standard of drinks & service. But very poor at this branch. Unfriendly staff, half filled cups, lukewarm, no extra shots as paid for. Really poor & disappointing. Out of 5 drinks, 2 were acceptable, the frapuccinos!
