It’s a quaint little pub, but I got warned that the tide can block it off by some ramblers. The toilets are shabby, but I found them amusing as they’ve really tried to make the best out of a bad situation: it’s an old pub....More

Booked a table for 6.30pm . We arrived and no table was booked so we occupied a dirty unwiped table . We ordered and after 20 minutes we were informed there was no fish or jacket potatoes . We reordered and had to wait another...More

We've been here a few times while visiting Angle and each time I've given them the benefit of the doubt and eaten there. Unfortunately every time it has been very disappointing. You cannot fault it's atmosphere and location being excellent for a pint, but that's...More

It's gone posh and got carpet! Don t go expecting the fat duck. It's a quaint old pub with hundreds of years of history. Outside loos and all.

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Good choice of pub food which was excellent. We had scampi and chips and brie and cranberry panini with salad and chips. Both meals we great and excellent value for money. Will definitely visit again.

A lovely "proper pub", well off the beaten track. Walk (or drive very carefully) past Angle church and you will find the Old Point House near the waters edge. We were walking round the peninsular and the Old Point made a welcome stop for refreshment...More

We love this place, in part for its quirky location. You look for the little turning in Angle village, then drive along the foreshore until you get to the pub. Best visited on a nice day so you can sit outside - the view of...More

After a pleasant circular walk around the peninsular we enjoyed a refreshing beer and coffees (served with a biscuit) sitting outside looking at the bay and the birds. Very old inside and worth a look at the old press cuttings.

Not Sure, but they are very accommodating but possibly not due to its remoteness. You could always contact them on their web site.
