Great beach, rocky for the first 20 feet then sandy all the way.
You can see the bottom of the sea for yards.
If you head left as far as you can go when you hit the beach you'll avoid the crowds

Such a beautiful beach! Sand all the way into the clearest sea! Was a paradise! Was off season too so we had this paradise all to ourselves! Was perfect

This beach was closer to our hotel than the bigger Porto Istana. We quite preferred this one because it offered some privacy as next to the big beach there were also smaller ones. However, that was off-season.

Sure this place is beautiful out of season especially if you want to swim. But in August we found it packed and were greeted by a group of kids who told us to get lost (not so politely) and then threw rocks at us narrowly missing my daughter.
When I confronted them and told them not to throw rocks they went to get more friends and made our time really stressful. Escaped when a storm came in but it’s a very long walk up a steep hill to where you can leave car.
Not a recommended experience!
We won’t return so maybe the rock throwing kids won….

Awsome crystal clear Water. You should not Miss it Ehen you around.
Beach is lil stoney and crowdy too.
Dont be too late. Otherwise the parking lot is full. But there is a possibility to Park at the Street before the parking lot entrence. Con: you habe to walk the way down (around 1.5km)
