Totally worth the drive from Halifax. Beautiful sandy beach. The water was so warm and the waves were great. Can't wait to go back

What more is there to say? THE best beach on Nova Scotia, with the warmest water, lifeguards, a canteen, washrooms, showers, fine sand and good waves usually. There's also very few bugs and a provincial campground where you can camp practically right on the beach.
