Great spot to take your dog for a walk, lovely & peaceful. There's an exercise station & picnic tables, also a small pond with a bridge over it.

Very infant woodland, I can excuse that but to call a dirty bit of water with drainage pipes exposed, a pond is a bit of a far stretch. I am sure in a few years it will look fantastic. What I feel spoilt the woods...More

This very immature woodland, provides the location for a pleasant circular walk stroll. Go regularly and watch the tiny saplings grow and the ground flora change over the seasons. Easy paths to follow and quite flat.

This is a perfect example of how local councils waste the rate payers money. The so called sculptures are like something found in a scrap yard. The walk itself is also very uninteresting. The money could have been put to much better use by restoring/repairing...More

The Jubilee Wood is here right at my door step, well almost. After having enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Bentra Grill, in the conservatory which is overlooking the start of the walk to the Jubilee wood, a friend and I ventured out exploring this...More

I come here for the wildlife. I saw my first-ever local orange-tip butterfly this time (I’d only ever spotted them up on The Knockagh). A pair of linnets were flitting about in trees next to the path. The pool had tadpoles and a wealth of...More
