Very nice and modern museum with some delightful interactive stations making it interesting for people of all ages. Not too big so you can get through it in a reasonable time before walking over to the mound, the church and of course the famous stones

Very important part of Denmark and Scandinavian history. A lot of landmarks with very detailed explanations. Church is wonderful and small graveyard is (I have to say this for graveyard since I am from the environment that strives for megalomania in this field) very compelling....More

This museum uses tech to make otherwise boring exhibits interesting. The kids can push buttons and see the timelines move. There is a drawing of a fallen Viking with axes and spears sticking out of him - then you can grab ex. the axe handle...More

This is the historic center of the danish VIKING gorm den gamle, harald blaatand and thyra the queen. The mounds, the stones and the prehistoric monuments are very exciting and definitely worth a visit. In walking distance is the museum with all the beautiful artifacts....More

This place is nice to spend a few hours. There are informational plaques along the way so you can read about Gorm, Thyra and Harald. In the church you can see a silver pattern on the floor which marks the spot directly above the remains...More

This museum gives you the history of the Viking kings from Denmark. The experience has a lot of interactive displays with sound, light etc.
