it's called Panská skála in Czech.we went there by bus from a small nearby town called Decin which is a nice base to see beautiful places in bohemian Switzerland.

Not too interesting as a hiking location. It's a tiny stump of rock. Interesting natural phenomenon, but not that exciting.

Worth visiting, great place. It is not big as Giant's causeway in Northern Ireland but it is magic. Good parking, information + souvenir shop, possibility to hike around.
