I attended the Madhouse for my Niece's birthday party in February. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, they ensured everyone has a safe and lovely time. I booked a party here for my young twins. The staff were really helpful, plenty of good quality food for the kids and they also cater for vegetarians and vegans. It was clean and well maintained. I would definitely re-book here again for their next birthday.

Nan and our toddlers visited here today and the smell of grease is quite strong....to the point when they came home they stunk beyond belief of grease and damp, their clothes were fresh and clean on going. Even the change bag stinks of the grease, such a shame as its local to us but the fact I know have to wash both their coats and bags due to the smell is a bit much. Hope they sort some form of ventilation out as it's not a great place to be smelling like that.…

Been here a few tines recently and our son had his 3rd birthday party here. Perfect for the under 7s, lovely cafe and hosts that can't do enough for you, and were very accommodating for an allergy sufferer. Good prices too and v friendly. Small playframe and you can see your kids at all times. …

Clean, and good facilities. Very helpful staff. Kids party food good quality and well presented. Would recommend for a visit softplay from toddlers to 7,8,9s.
