There is nothing about about this venue that isn't worthy of upgrading. We sit in the Bradman Stand for all GWS home games, and whilst the seat are good it ends there. Toilets - 4th world Food - 3rd world You have to be a fan to go, no other intelligent adult would go a second time otherwise.

Ground is great to watch footy situated in a good location in Canberra with Manuka cafes and restaurants close by. Paid undercover parking available at Coles Manuka. Rydges Capital Hill is a 5 minute walk away. The outdoor TV screen could be bigger. The food at the ground was atrocious. At halftime we queued up for a couple of meat... More

A day night match with Australia playing New Zealand was a great way to wind down on a Tuesday. The crowd management was great. There were plenty of options for dinner and the crowd was engaged with the game, what a way to enjoy a summer evening.

Nestled in Canberra's primary suburbs, Manuka Oval was a great experience. Its a 3-5 minute walk from the nearest pub and town centre. Only problem was parking!

The family watched an AFL pre season game here. We love to watch football at this oval. We usually pre book and have seat under cover. It is a great place to watch the football as it is not too big.

Went to the One Day Between Australia and India and found stadium had a good atmosphere and didn't feel over crowded like the big city stadiums. Unfortunately like other stadiums you have some long lines, so think a head if you want to buy some food and beer.

Well, Manuka Oval is more like a sports oval from a large country town than the nation's capital - the facilities are embarrassingly limited. Views of the ground are quite good from the stands, but there is a severe lack of shade so take your hat and sunscreen with you. You have to leave the stands to go to the... More

We went to the cricket here a few times. Can't remember exact dates. If you are not in stand make sure you have a hat and sunburn cream - you can really get burnt. Food is pretty average and can be overpriced imo. Beer the same. View of game is good.

Manuka Oval is one of Canberra's iconic sporting venues. It regularly hosts international cricket matches and AFL games. It is also readily accessible to some of Canberra's sporting teams. The ground is first class, and the facilities are more akin to a large country town as opposed to a large urban stadium. Without large stands, the ground can hold about... More

The Manuka Oval is such a contrast to the giant MCG. The Oval is located to the south of Canberra in the suburbs. Getting in and out on foot was very easy, even at a World Cup international match. The catering and bar concessions were really good - great beer, and fabulous Souvlaki and burgers. Not a bad seat in... More
