Well stocked with places to have a great time for a picnic or an afternoon away. It gets busy on weekends, so get there early to save your spot.

A well kept reserve, plenty of BBQ's to enjoy a good feed. Some very nice walks and the spillway overflow looks great after the rains. (when it rains)

A drive through the Canberra countryside out to the space tracking station, we came across this reserve. Exceptionally clean with BBQ facilities, tables and benches, with a view of the Cotter Dam wall. Very serene and well attended

This place is amazing, great walkways as well as children's playground. Fantastic place for a BBQ or picnic. In summer its lovely and shady and great for a paddle. The lookout for the dam is very interesting.
