What a great place to check out and adopt a piece of art in The Rocks area of Sydney. We were lucky enough to meet the artist who is an interesting guy to talk to. Love the koala we ‘adopted’ named Matilda!
My wife and I were walking down the street when ATTY Gallery caught our eye. We are expecting our first child and we’re looking for whimsical, colorful art to put in the nursery, and we found just that and more at ATTY Gallery! The prints...More
Strolling through the Rocks we stumbled upon Atty and met Matilda face-to-face as we entered the studio.....how could anyone with a heart resist her charms?
We agonised over her for at least 10 minutes before submitting to her charm and rescued her from hot Oz...More
For my birthday, I adopted Sam & Charlie - two incredible emus. My wife and I had a great time talking with Atty and exploring his studio. Great art and a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back for more! Charlotte or Ethel maybe!
Graham was so passionate about the work he does, his passion obviously rubs of on his customers. Added to the skills he has in designing some beautiful artwork is a great combination. We are now the proud adopted parents of Matilda and Sam & Charlie.
I came across ATTY Gallery while exploring The Rocks and I am so glad that I did. I was drawn in by the beautiful art work and couldn’t resist having a look around. The owner and artist, Graham, was clearly very passionate about his work...More
Nestled in the hustle and bustle of The Rocks is this gem of a studio. Little did we know that we would encounter animals on par with Taronga Zoo, but without the swarm of people. Certainly worth the visit for a genuine artist and for...More
Worthy of a stop at this quaint little gallery where the walls are lined with colorful depictions of many lovable animals that you will soon want to take home... or as we were informed... “adopt”. Happy to say we are a proud owner of a...More
The first residents of the Rocks were convicts and sailors from the old nation. As the oldest neighbourhood in the city, the area's cobblestone streets host more than 100 heritage sites and buildings, including the oldest house in Sydney, Camden Cottage, which was built in 1816. Taste a “midi “ or a “schooner” of beer and dine “al fresco” on the waterfront at some of the oldest pubs in Sydney. The
weekend markets at the Rocks are where you can find local artists' hand-made souvenirs, organic food and designer jewelry in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. To enjoy some of the best Australian and international contemporary art, the MCA museum is open every day and select evenings. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, be sure to save energy to dance the night away at the area's many late night entertainment venues.
