Yep, still love a good church. This church isnt as grand as some of the churches in Europe but is still majestic in its own right. The architecture, the interior decor and lead light glass, roof, artwork is all amazingly beautiful. Its worth spending 30...More

I checked the website before our trip to Sydney but was disappointed to find that Evensong had been changed from Wednesday to Monday so we missed out! Painting inside the cathedral reminded me of circus colours; are they original? Organist was practising when we popped...More

Located next to town hall station (towards George Street exit) this place is calm and peaceful. There are healing sessions which are conducted (every Thursday if I am not wrong).. didn't really attend these sessions but have heard these are pretty good!

We were visiting on a Saturday and the church was closed. Very pretty exterior, only wish we could have gone inside. St Andrews Cathedral was built in 1868 and is the oldest cathedral in Australia.

Loved the sight of the church. Very gothic look but pity the space around it is not as big as the one of St Mary's. Next to the town hall

Even though I've worked in the city for years, I've never actually looked inside the cathedral before. I had a nice look around the cathedral during my lunch break recently. It isn't huge, but it has a beautiful interior that is definitely worth seeing. An...More
