Atmosphere was good but food overpriced for what you got. The cheapest bottle of white wine was $45 Chur Burgers were good value but for the better food there were lengthy waits

We were lucky enough to be within walking distance to Hyde Park, and we took a leisurely stroll through it on our first day in Sydney. It was so pretty with all of the trees, and the trees are spectacular! We found a pretty garden...More

Excellent weather and an early start on Sunday evening meant that many people enjoyed the setting, the food and atmosphere. Wonderful variety of food from all types of cuisine. International flavours. Exciting venue, beautiful natural setting. Fabulous desserts. Great coffee.

This is always a place we repair to when visiting Sydney. The warmth of the autumn sun and the natural beauty of the grass and the trees enticed us -as did the Aboriginal-influenced statuary. There is so much to see and to do here. It...More

Hyde Park is like the lungs of the city in Sydney. It has wonderful trees and walkways and is easily accessible by foot or from St James or Museum Stations.

In the midst of the bustling city there is this oasis with a few special companion spots enhancing its natural beauty. The trees, plants and flowers that come with the rich well manicured lawns sees a huge variety of people enjoying the habitat. Cyclists, skateboarders,...More

Hyde Park is a tranquil oasis in the middle of the city (except for the buskers blocking the pathway!) The arch of trees provides cool access from one end to the other and the War Memorial is impressive (looking forward to checking out completed renos)

What a nice place for a stroll or a picnic. A nice view of St Mary's Cathedral from the park and you can also visit the ANZAC Memorial Hall and Reflection Pool.

Sydney has tons of parks to enjoy, but this one is in the hearth of the city. You see a lot of people having their lunch breaks to have a sandwich on the grass. Somehow, it remind me the Central Park. Also, a lot of...More

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens
