Great views from the area being next to Luna Park. It has multiple pool options, including 25m indoor or 50m outdoor each catering for lap swimming. Relatively salty swim in the 50m outdoor. What I didn't like was needing a token for a shower - not having been mentioned (you need to buy it on your way in) when I... More

Spent a few hours here on a sunny summer afternoon and loved it. We'd been to Luna Park in the morning and came over for a swim to cool off and have a rest. Best bits - salt water pool - very very salt water pool, so very buoyant. 3.9m deep end; close views of the harbour bridge. Not so... More

Excellent pool, Olympic size, well located to transport, ferries, trains nearby and wonderful views of the harbour while swimming - good all year round pool. Parking is cheaper if you get there early.

I regularly come to North Sydney pool and can't imagine swimming at any other pool in Sydney. Spectacular views anytime of the day and good additional facilities. Nice to be able to get excellent coffee and snacks at the cafe and a hot shower after your swim. With both an indoor and outdoor pool it really is a year round... More

First off you do not need to pay to get in if you want to take photos or have a look around. If it had not been a cold day, I would have paid to take a swim. The view is amazing! You can also lounge in the chairs and sunbath after taking a dip. They also have food and... More

Amazing location for a pool. Showcases the best of Sydney with views and the Harbour bridge easily accessible. It deserves better maintenance and the entrance fee should include lockers and showers, which it unfortunately doesn't.

Olympic Pool lies under the northern end of Sydney Harbour Bridge... must be one of the most beautifully sited public swimming pools anywhere. Get a ferry to Milsons Point have a swim and then a walk a coffee or meal at nearby Ripples Cafe. If you're a swimmer this is a great spot to immerse yourself in Sydney...

Had a great swim indoor pool and follow by the hot tub which was very relaxing. Will definitely swim outside when it's summer and enjoy the harbor bridge view.

We were just visiting but they let us come in and walk around and we hung out for a while just observing. I would take up swimming to be able to use this pool. It is one of literally hundreds of examples of Sydney providing great public facilities for her citizens

OK I'll admit it I swam my first race here in the '60's and I continue to swim here to this day summer and winter. If you are a traveller with an interest in swimming you must visit the venue where and amazing 86 world records were set in years gone by. It's a short train or ferry trip from... More
