Located inside of the Parliament House, housing extensive array of publications, books in an elegant surrounding. Best internet connection in Darwin and very helpful staff.

They had an open day here, great freebies, all available services, were there, including police, women's issues - protection, jobs etc. They have free wifi, only 200mb though, so not enough to back up data to the cloud

The library does have a nice area to work in and the free WiFi is of course handy. The weekly invite for musicians to perform for an hour is not. I simply couldn't work with the noise from the singing. YMMV if you don't mind...More
