Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The perfect place to sit and watch the sunset- stunning. When we were there, the place was buzzing and there is a great selection of eateries. We walked along the pier to see the amazing yachts and motor vessels and the place is a real picture. Definitely worth a visit

Dine at the pub or a variety of marina cafes and restaurants or just grab some fish and chips and sit on the grass to watch the most amazing sunsets you will ever experience. Special lighting and gardens enhance this little village at night, well worth a visit. The Greek Restaurant was tops as was the Vegetarian restaurant next door to it.

Nice place to visit. Walk around, sit on the beach and eat fish and chips. Yotz is a great Taverna/Restaurant always consistent with good food, value for money. Ebb & Flow was good a nice vegetarian restaurant which unfortunately closed up shop.

At a busy time in Darwin this place was virtually empty during the day. Only found one (quite pleasant) cafe to have lunch as all others did not open till 2pm. Nothing to see or do during the daytime. One point for the crocodile sculpture.

We went here twice to enjoy different dining experiences. It is a lovely quiet and peaceful marina where you can dine whilst watching the boats gently rock. Numerous dining options. Ferry terminal and the Cove has its own locks for those who have never seen them work. Bonus is the hop on / hop off bus stops in Cullen Cove.

We stayed in the area so thought we'd visit the marina for a mid-week lunch. Everything was closed and boarded up except the ferry terminal itself. Definitely gives the impression of an abandoned, dangerous area. Couldn't find anywhere to buy lunch and the workmen in the area suggested we head to Darwin city for food. Would not recommend making the trip here.

Love Cullen Bay, such a relaxing spot with enough restaurants to keep you well fed for a few days. The area is clean and feels very safe. An easy 10 minute commute to town using escooters.

This is a very cool little area. Has the feel of Fremantle and Southport. Nice house, million dollar boats and some awesome shops. Village like. Really Cool.

This is a little out of town but is worth getting there. Many good restaurants, walks around the marina and play area. Some retail.
