Beautiful park with beautiful flowers near the city. Do not miss the free train ride around the park especially if you are there with kids and seniors. There is also a guide in the train which explain the types of flowers and trees as we passed them. Prepare some food and you can have a nice picnic at the field.

The horticultural areas in the complex range from... More

Roma Street Parkland, a truly wonderful place to stroll around enjoying the gardens, views of the city etc., and the cheeky reptilian locals. These parklands an absolute credit to their creator/carers.

A lovely way to spend a couple of hours. The gardens are just beautiful. You could take a picnic and spend the day.. If you love gardens and flowers this is for you, or if you just need to walk off a delicious lunch.

Our visit was early summer when all was serene and in bloom. Built on a hillside, festooned in floral exhibits and with its many water features one could well forget that a bustling city was nearby. Ideal for children 's wanderings, picnics as well as adult functions. A couple of very special and intimate areas are available for functions or... More

Loved the open sprawling gardens. Spent a few hours admiring the gardens. Would be an ideal place to have a family gathering.

I hope Roma St Gardens keep this as an annual event. Absolutely beautiful! So much to look at, we even found a fairy door!
