We walked around the campus and through some of the buildings. Even in winter it had nice grounds. At certain times of the year they have birds that dive-bomb you, so there are signs about the campus. That seemed funny to me.

The Gatton Campus, as well as being amazingly beautiful, has a long history. There are signboards through the campus around the buildings describing significant events. There is a lovely environmental walk as well. Amazing bird life.

If you are looking for racism, swastikas, and ignorant people, that is the place. For the money I pay, I would expect everyone to be accepted as they are.

Excellent landscaping work around the university grounds. Lots of funding spent on landscaping and maintenance. Nice entrance. Very expensive tuition fees for locals and overseas students. Lecturers won't care about student's studies or their wellbeing when they ask for help though it's the top university...More

UQ is the largest campus in Brisbane, so allow yourself time to get lost and absorb the surprises that you will find in every corner
