Having done the Low Isles trip on a previous visit with this company this time we did the Outer Reef and it was a great morning out. Fun ride there and back, easy going staff who are up for a chat and plenty to see when snorkelling made for a relaxed trip in a small group. Best part of the... More

It delivers exactly what it says on the tin !!!! Skipper Steve (Scuba Steve) was attentive and gave a nice overview of where we snorkelling and what to expect . He also directed us to Turtles - great experience, great morning - back by lunch for a beer - if Carlsberg could make speed snorkelling trips ?

Reef sprinter do everything just right on their half day outer reef tour. For a start Cathy on the phone was great to book a trip for my family of 5. Then when we arrived they saw I wore glasses and offered me prescription goggles . I hadn't even thought about that but the goggles were perfect and made everything... More

It is true that there is no sea-sickness if you go by a speed boat and Reef Sprinter is the best choice. Took us to an exclusive area, enjoyed snorkeling for the first time in life. My wife was a bit sceptical but the tour guide helped her and took her around with him with help of a small rope... More

Had an amazing couple of trips with Reef Sprinter, first to low isles then the outer reef 3 days later because we loved it so much. The vessels are in excellent condition and the ride itself was wow too. Very small group and entire reef to ourselves. Very well organised team (skippers are friendly and very informative) that made our... More

The brochure says 'you can't get sick on the boat' well that caught my attention as we all suffer from it! Made same day booking, price was fair, friendly & knowledgable staff. No mucking around! Only 15 min on the jet boat to low isles, suited up & snorkelling the reef within 20. Had 1.5 hours in the water &... More

Hello, Thanks so much for your great review. Yes maximum 14 people makes for a very small and personalised snorkelling experience. Glad you enjoyed and hope to see you again. Reef Sprinter. More

Great trip to the low isles. This boat is the quickest to get out to the reef. Only feedback is that the crew who were very friendly could have been more involved in the snorkelling activity.

We did the 9am trip at high tide with a family of two kids (14 and 10 yrs). The snorkelling was by far the best we've seen in Auz. The boat out took 15 mins and was great fun. Staff all very helpful and very safety focussed. Visibility was amazing and we saw many turtles. Definitely recommend this and we... More

We been to GBR from cairns back in 2014 as well as from PD just prior reef sprinter to low isles. The reef sprinter ride was smooth, only a few bumps, a few more bumps would probably be more fun but it was on a calm day. Ride only took 15minutes to low isles, comfortable and you won't get sea... Hi SIU W The low isles IS the GBR , There is the inner GBR and the outer GBR , Don't ever think that if you go to low isles you are not visiting the GBR . Low isles is actually a very famous part of the GBR because back in 1928 it was the base for a year long... More
