Sky rail/cable car with one car for 5 of us. Amazing trip in 3 stages to Karunda hill town.
Sky rail runs regularly but if you plan to travel one way by train there are only 2 trips up And 2 down per day
We went on the Kuranda railway trip which was a great journey with amazing views of some great waterfalls and ravines. Then returned by the Sky Rail which is awesome, this carries you over the top canopy of the rainforest a brilliant ride.
We first took the Aerial Tramway with its breathtaking views up with Kuranda and then a wander around Kuranda with its little stores, art galleries, cafes etc. Did not visit any of the attractions at Kuranda as not enough time. Returned on the Kuranda Train...More
