We hired two electric bikes for four days and they were a breeze to use. You don't even have to pedal; their bikes have a throttle on the handlebar and they work just like motorcycles, which saved us a lot of energy on hot days. The helmets and lock are provided too. Service was great. K Star even has a... More

I had an electric bike for two days of my stay in Port Douglas and it was the best thing EVER!!!! I'd never tried an electric bike before but it was so easy. You can peddle and get an extra push, great for taking off at junctions! Or you can use the handlebar as a throttle and just rev and... More

We did the 3 hour guided bike tour with Kevin and found it really informative. It's great to get some local prospective on Port Douglas. The electric bikes are really good fun and a good way to entertain yourself.

I've had an electric bike before and knew they were fun to ride around on. So when we saw K-Star's ad for an electric bike tour, I talked my group into it. The owner and his wife are very friendly and helpful. He gave us a great tour of the history and ecology of Port Douglas.

Admittedly I am very slack at writing reviews but this exceptional tour demands an exception. Tootling around PD on the electric bikes was so much fun and with Kevin as the tour guide of the dozen or so group, my partner and I found it entertaining, informative and thoroughly enjoyable. PD lends itself perfectly to this fun mode of transport... More

We had the bikes for 2 hours in the afternoon and had a great time biking around port douglas and down to the sea temple hotel. Doing this kind of trip allows you to then circle back in plenty of time whilst seeing everything.

We hired an electric bike each for two hours of FUN. Port Douglas is basically flat so any type of bike is easy to use, but I just loved zooming all over Port Douglas on these fun machines. Also a great price @ $20 for two hours and no security deposit. Gets cheaper the longer the rental period.
