This is a beautiful old church right on the water. Lovingly maintained and has a rich history. Make sure you drop in and admire this structure. It is near the end of the main street.

Great North Queensland location with perfect September weather for swimming and walking. A drive to Cooktown via the Bloomfield Track, overnight in Cooktown and return via inland was a great experience.

Would get 5 starts if you were allowed to wander around the chapel. Beautiful setting and stunning view through the main window behind the altar.

Uniting Church - I think it might be weekly. There was detailed information inside the doorway, some other denominations are elsewhere in Port Douglas.
