The captain and crew were fabulous, very friendly and worked hard to make sure everyone was comfortable. I took my 3 and 8 year old and both boys loved it despite rough seas.

Too young. I doubt the kid will enjoy it. Moreover waters a bit choppy when viewing the whales. You may have to stay on the lower deck throughout the journey. Not advisable. I bought my 5 yr old kid n still finds it too much... More

The whale watching season on the Gold Coast operates from 1 June to 31 October each year.
