This is a great place to visit for half a day from Townsville. So pretty. my 6 year old and i spent a good 2 hours discovering the area. It was a bit too cool to swim this time of year early morning.

Well worth the drive to Littel Crystal Creek. The road that was built by people in the depression is no mean feat and they deserve great thanks for giving us access to such a beautiful place.

A great place to spend a few hours cooling off in the heat of a Townsville summer! The water is always cool & clear. Nice spot for a picnic & a swim, if you don't mind a bit of a winding drive.

Just half hour north of Townsville, beautiful creeks ready for you and the kids to swim in. Clear cool water running over the rocks. Don't forget the camera and picnic lunch.

Watch out for oncoming traffic on this narrow windy road. There is a short walk to this beautiful oasis from the carpark.
