Bit of a hike over the hill from the main beach of Great Keppel. Took about 20 minutes with kids. Fantastic variety of coral, fish and turtles. Best snorkelling when tide is between mid tide and low tide. Can see great sea life around the...More

Absolutely loved this Beach, just tucked away between Fisherman and Monkey Beaches. It was so calm, peaceful and tranquil that I didn't want to leave. You can reach here via the walking track to Long Beach, about a 15-20 minute walk from Fishermans Beach. This...More

Snorkelled twice here and saw lots of marine life and coral just off the beach. No need for a tour guide. Go at low tide.

Closest snorkelling beach from where you land. Short walk over the headland has you at the beach. About 50 metres off, you have a coral reef with a huge variety of coral species. On the right had side (facing the water), there were a plethora...More

At low tide, very safe for children to snorkel. Turtles, small stingrays and coral seen each time we snorkelled.

This is a clean small beach with lots of coral to snorkel over. A little difficult to walk to , so get a kayak and paddle around.

a short bush walk from the main beach will get you to a quiet and relaxing sheltered beach. Adequate footwear required to get there, takes hats water and sunscreen (no facitilities). If the tide is out, walk around the rocks to get there or back.

A bit of a steep walk down to the beach but it was worth it. Snorkelled with a turtle here. Time you snorkel for mid tide or slightly lower.

Nice little close beach to snorkel out to reef at mid to low tide. Quite small, so more than 5 people, it would feel 'busy'. A few goods shade spots, very clear water and a great spot for a swim.
