Another of the 60 great short walks this takes you initially up an old service road, before branching off up the hillside, through trees and out onto a raised viewpoint overlooking a valley and river. It was raining the day we did this so the...More

Well worth the stop and short walk up. The track is well-marked and, while getting a little narrow in places, is quite manageable for people.of various fitness levels. Upon reaching the summit you're treated to terrific views of the surrounding countryside in all directions!

The forty minute walk seems like forever, and can be tough with the uphill at times BUT the view is one of the best ones in Tasmania. It is 360 views of all of the mountains in the area! Definitely do it!

Quite a climb up but well worth the view of part of the Wilderness National Park in Tasmania. Bit rough in parts and steps near to the top. Take you time and enjoy the view.
