Whatever the weather, it is a delight to have this beach to stroll along, with toilets, cafes and restaurants nearby. Everyone enjoys it, and there is sometimes a Twilight Market on with music and a great choice of food, drink and other stalls.

One of the closest beaches to Hobart, great on a sunny hot day as when we visited. Great to walk along, beach sports or a swim. Water quality not always good and found dog droppings along sand that owners hadn't cleaned up which was disappointing....More
