Ferry ride to Mona was fantastic! The Posh Pit was certainly value for money, with great food, champers and beer, served by very attentive staff! A great way to start and end the day spent at MONA!!

Easy to find, friendly staff, lovely trip, groovey disco music, great art on ferry and you can get coffee, food and alcoholic drinks on ferry which we didnt realize and raced for coffee before we got on!

Well worth the visit. Some exhibits are a little weird and some are fabulous. Ferry trip over is nice as well.

I went on board the ferry from MONA to the Hobart wharf and return (without getting off) simply to enjoy the Derwent river by boat. So really glad I did it. The windows of the boat were so clean and the views for half an...More

It may be a problem if you don’t book - as a previous traveller has said, probably not a problem for an early ferry but may be an issue later - also ferry home, if going later in the day, can be an issue if you haven’t... More

Sorry, I only discovered I had messages so you've probably already visited. It's a river trip so not usually rough. I can also get seasick but the ferry is very, very stable. Give it a go.Good luck and enjoy.
