Went with friends as had been told it had new owners and a new vibe. Very busy with a great atmosphere. Loved the artificial fire which looks wonderful and warm. We had a table in the bar area, and ordered from the menu which was...More

A minimal walk from the city centre, the Tasmanian Inn Hotel comes highly recommended. The free breakfast and extremely clean rooms and bathrooms (unlike most of its competition) make it the best value place to stay in Hobart. Annie deserves a special mention as she...More

Checked in here for a quick weekend getaway to do some work on the laptop and a bit of R&R. Check-in was easy and relaxed, all done at that bar. Process took less than 5 minutes, I was then shown to my room. The room...More

Absolutely loved it here - we'd just got back from the Overland Track and were exhausted and fancied a steak - lo and behold it was steak night when we got there! The rooms were comfy, the food was excellent, the beer very good, the...More

The Tasmanian Inn was perfect for a weekend away. The beds were very comfortable and the attention to detail provided by the welcoming staff was very impressive. I would highly recommend The Tasmanian Inn for couples and solo travellers.
