At attraction? I don't really think it is. I can understand what it is for, but I wouldn't go as far as recommending it to visitors.

Touching. A nice little oasis to have your lunch in Hobart. I wouldn't exactly rate it as an 'attraction', though... it's pretty small and in the middle of the city..
