Great scenic drive

Made this route so many times. Just wish people would follow the turn out spots. Great viewing in sunshine and rugged winter. It's worth the trip!

This is a spectacular piece of coastline, and a pretty easy drive. It's dotted with small seaside towns and some are better than others to stop at for s bite. A couple of things you should remember: 1. Pack a rain or spray jacket 2. Hat and sun cream 3. Swimmers and towel 4. Bring sandals, flip flops etc for... More

From Torquay and almost to Warrnambool, the Great Ocean Road has a plethora of interesting sites too numerous to mention, although probably the most famous being the 12 Apostles in Port Campbell National Park. Traveling through iconic towns, National parks and temperate rain-forests with abundant walks and waterfalls to surf beaches, museums and interesting geological formations. You can easily spend... You need to spend 4 days and 3 stops overnight to really get the best from this world class experience. From Melbourne stop at Apollo Bay, Port Fairy and Robe before heading to Adelaide

Lots of places to stop and just admire the beautiful views. Small villages along the way to stop eat and shop. Some villages have play parks

This must be the most scenic place in Australia. The beautiful rugged coastline offers the best photos for memories. It is the place to visit in this country.

Fantastic road trip with spectacular scenery. Visited the famous Bells Beach renowned for its surf competition. The colour of the sea is super set amongst the ragged cliffs. Lots of lookouts to take pics. Breathtaking.

Taken nearly 60 years to do this trip it finally happened. Well worth the wait. Definitely bucket list material. Why did it take us so long to do this trip, should have done this decades ago. Amazing scenery, all along the coast lots of stop off places. Road is very windy, so be careful, but all in all well worth... More
