No frills, normal shopping centre with essential clothing's, shoes, beauty products etc WIFI is available free. If need to shop for inexpensive brands/stuff, recommended.

Pretty small Target place as compared to others I've been. Operates till 10pm so consider a place to go when it gets dark.More
