Small park with big trees, plenty of shade. Good to chill after bustling Victoria market. There is a bento box place on the corner.

The flag staff , in this park, was erected on 13th of September 1840 as a signaling station for ships arriving in port Phillip Bay.

Had a nice walk here at sunset and watched the possums coming out of the trees. Lovely to watch them and the parrots flying around.

Not as nice as other parks in the area. Late afternoon/early evening stroll is best. Night time see the possums in the trees. Good group bbq area.
