We were there on pre Christmas. And the Carol singing ...all singing all dancing eggs and the Christmas trees were a wonder to behold. Good place to be at the time of year. Did not try casino...not my cuppa.

Free tram zone also ends at flinders st / queen st bridge, a couple of minutes walk over the bridge and you're at the towers end and freshwater place is across the road.
