We went to the cricket on a stupidly hot day and it was boiling inside but the ground was amazing with great staff.

I took my 3 young boys to Etihad for the Big Bash cricket. The location and facilities at Etihad are excellent, however on a hot summer day with the roof closed, there was simply no air circulation and we had to leave the game very early as I feared for the health of my children. The temperature felt 7 -... More

For some reason, on a day when it was 38 degrees outside, the roof for the big bash game that attracted 45k visitors was left closed making it extremely uncomfortable inside. Great game and arena is fantastic for view and atmosphere

At the KFC Big Bash League Melbourne Renegades v's Melbourne Stars 8.30 pm 37 deg still inside like being in a sauna and the bloody roof has been closed the whole time. Great game but some very disappointed people and especially children due to the heat.

Great location, easy to access by train or tram. Pouring rain outside when we went but dry as a bone inside and no game stoppages. Only downside was that you miss the commentary that you get on TV. Not sure if that is accessible using the provided free wifi. Could have been more trains available when game finished as one... More

this stadium was built to take the place of VFL park which closed as no train line. This stadium not only caters for foodball, but all sportsd and concerts and the roof opens and shuts. It only holds half the size of the MCG (about 52,000) and is easily accessible by the 86 tram and the City Circle. You can... More

Rather be at V.F.L. park any day than this cold place. Don't know why they built it, it is lifeless, cold and boring. Get back to Waverly.

Went to check out the Coldplay tour, a lot of staff being helpful and friendly despite the frenzy. Stage setting was incredible, lots of food options, availability of clean toilets and ease of access via tram or southern cross train station. 10/10 would recommend as a venue.
