one of the best places in melbourne to get quality produce and supplies. more for locals than a tourist attraction but still worth a look

After moving to Melbourne from Sydney 18mths agi, I am luck enough to live 5 mins away and visit the market at least once every weekend. Def best place for fresh fruit/veg, seafood, deli goods and meat as well as all the other great stalls....More

Loved this market. Easily accessible via the tram/bus. Had lunch here. The flower stall was ablaze with colour. My favourite outlet was the ladies who sell bamboo items in the corner of the market. Traders helpful and friendly. A 'must visit' in Melbourne.More

This is a very good old market here just out of the city centre. A good place to get fresh produce. If you have time and like to visit a market you can.

Nice market! Went there with my family and had lunch. Very nice open space to have a meal, while live music was being played. Afterwards went to buy some fresh pasta and veggies. Affordable prices and friendly people.

Fab place, if I lived here I would visit every day ! All fresh produce with cafes sampling some of the best food and drink available The coffee shops are just amazing with the finest blends on offer. Must visit
