Escape Room Melbourne is Melbourne's original live room escape game! Working in a team of 2-6 people, you have 70 minutes to unravel the mystery of a hidden room, working together to solve a variety of quirky and inventive puzzles to escape. We have three rooms available - Melbourne's original Escape Room, Mine Escape , and Kellar's Magic Emporium. We can't give away too many secrets here, but to get an idea of what to expect you can check out our website for reviews and articles by Broadsheet, Timeout, The Age, and others, as well as features by SBS, Channel 10, ABC radio, and Fox FM (warning: may contain some spoilers!) Bookings are essential and can be made through our website. Please note we are a small independent business that is not affiliated with any of the Escape Room franchises operating in Melbourne, however we are happy to try and accommodate corporate bookings and larger groups where we can. Please feel free to contact us via email if you have any questions about availability, bookings, or the rooms themselves.

Had so much fun. Can't say too much as I don't want to spoil the fun but we really loved the mind-stimulating puzzle and thank you to Matt who was an excellent guide. :)

I'm glad that my first escape room experience was with ERM! The staff were more than friendly and the room was progressively difficult. I really enjoyed the "Keller's magician" room. If you're looking for a puzzle then grab a few friends.

A great chance for friends or family to have lots of fun. We started with the mine room and enjoyed it so much we went back the next day to do the magic room. My son is very mathematically minded and I thought I wouldn't...More

With four people, it was starting to get a little cramped but the puzzles were well thought out and even if you got stuck, a guide will use a walkie talkie to guide you in the right direction. Our guide, Lenny (not Stan!), was very...More

My husband & I had been booked on for a honeymoon present. We thoroughly enjoyed it and managed to get out in time without killing each other. Well worth a visit. An awesome afternoon had 🖒.

South Melbourne
South Melbourne hosts the city’s oldest continuous
market, founded in 1867. Rows of neatly arranged
fruit, vegetables and flowers splash yellows, greens
and reds along the entire perimeter, where the whole
neighbourhood gathers for Saturday feasts. Inside the
hall, shoppers hover over the mouth-watering displays
of delicatessens and specialty food shops. Further in,
