The character of the place was obvious with the host's young children sitting at a table consuming their lunch. I felt this was a good vibe and looked over the menu. There was no Sunday surcharge and the menu even had specials. I chose the "Parma and Pot" for $29. My selection of beer was a Coopers Pale Ale and I found both food and drink great value for money and delicious. It was a quiet time and I had almost the entire bar to myself.

Spent a bit of time here due to having to visit nearby hospital frequently for family. Loved the atmosphere of this great pub. Yummy meals as well. One of the better steaks I’ve had. Very close to nearby hospitals so is a good option for meals
