we visited this place on 17th april 2015 at night 6 am b'coz of cloudy weather we seen them in dark night but great experiance to see thair world they walk togather in street we enjoyed a lot around walk way to watched them ...wonderfull...More

didn't even know they lived in a warm climate. had to see the penguin parade. was dark outside but you could see them coming in groups from the ocean to feed their little ones. so cute. too bad we couldn't take pictures as the flash...More

Loved seeing the penguins on the beach at night!! was so sweet seeing them... Beware you can not take pictures with the flash on as it will blind them. There are some penguin guides there that shout this at you!! Should be more warnings of...More

We visited the Phillip Island Fairy Penguin Colony on Grayline Bus Penguin Express Tour. Well worth the money and the wait. Took the little penguins quite a while to get out of the surf, then they arrived in droves.

Took a 2 hours bus ride to Phillips island .Waited another 2 hours at the c entre / stage , after 8pm only about 20 or 30 penguins came to shore. Can't even take photos .Souverniers are too expensive.Tourist money is keeping the Centre active...More
