Although the trip was long due to a traffic accident the driver was amazing.... kept us informed and was extreme tolerant and patient with an anxious passenger. Well done to him!

Excellent choice for transfer to the city centre. Buses run very frequently, even overnight and journey time is only around 20 mins. Buses are very comfortable with free wi-fi provided also.

It's the easiest way to get to the city especially with luggage. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Ducked down to Melbourne for the Cup and stayed the night. Easiest, cheapest and quickest way to the city from the airport. $37 return and buses every ten minutes makes it easy to plan your days. Great view from the top deck as well.

Runs very regularly, leaves from Southern cross and great option for individual or a couple. If there are three or more of you worth check8ng whether a cab or Uber would be same cost but definitely cheaper otherwise.

Was pretty simple to figure out intuitively and is probably the most economical way to get to the city. No reason not to use again

I have used the shuttle service many times on visits to Melbourne. Service has regular departures from domestic and international terminals to Southern Cross. Then easy access to local and country train services and the Melbourne city bus service

We don't have a train to the airport down here, and even if we did, I don't think it would run as often as the Skybus does. So If you don't want to have the hassle of getting stuck in traffic, dealing with parking times...More

I was delighted by the Skybus. It was handy to my point of departure from the airport, very comfy and reasonably priced. There were seats downstairs if needed - or a lovely view from the upper deck. Free Wifi and air conditioning made the ride...More

Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways

throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You
never quite know what you’ll find around the next
corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and
even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air

Id say skybus is cheaper...online you can buy return ticket, 2 adults 4 children for $70, thats airport to city hotel plus city hotel to airport. There is no way a taxi would be cheaper than $35 one way.
