I am not religious. In fact sometimes I am critical of the 'interference' of do-gooders among indigenous cultures. But I had to admire the work of the nuns of the Sisters of St John of God who worked in Broome in the early twentieth century....More

What a credit to the convent! One of the best attractions in Broome! Professionally presented history The extensive collection of photos, videos and other interesting artifacts is fabulous A must see!!
