We are two cyclists planning to do the Munda Biddi trail and discovered on the day the train to Bunbury was fully booked and doesn’t take bikes. Staff at the information centre were incredibly helpful finding a bus and booked it for us so we could continue with our itinerary. They were welcoming, solutions focussed and excellent customer service

Went in here looking for a walking tour of Pert CBD and surrounding area. Told one was available but started in 30 minutes. staff immediately contacted provider and made all arrangements. Provided very good directions as to meeting point etc. Felt service was exceptional. Would thoroughly recommended when visiting Perth.

Totally worth your time to stop in for some great local information! Big shout out to Trish who assisted me with several day trips in the area and went way over and above to try and get me down to see the Cape Leeuwin lighthouse! Really enjoyed my time in Perth, Fremantle, Margaret River and Rottnest Island!!

I was really impressed with WA visitor center. I travelled to Esperance and they organized everything for me including hotel, tours, and travel and it took the stress out of my life. The people I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. much appreciated.

We met this beautiful lady. She gave us ideas about which trips are recommended based on our schedules, helped us to book our trip & give details. If you visit in Perth, and not sure what activity you would like to do, well, you have to visit the WA Visitor Center!!

we booked 3 trips through the centre in June 24. we are so happy to get the prices below the websites' price. as the centre always has promotion of trips. the tours are wondaful. driver -guiders are all professional. those trip are long hours driving and very every worth of the prices. we highly recommend to book the tours in stead of self driving. once again thanks the staff of centre.
