Great place to visit and explore. Tram rides are available and worth going on as it connects the community to the Zoo and the other museum situated next to Waiorea/Western Springs College. Very informative and historical hub, and recommend this place to all! :)

my advice would to not bother finding a motel specifically near motat, rather look into the best motels in central auckland . it's not very far from the central city
